The person seated on the left of the front row is the foreman George Carlile Leeson. His son John Leeson, is 6th from the left of those standing.According to a family story, Moorwoods made the boilers for the liner, RMS Queen Elizabeth, which was built in Clydebank and launched in 1938. George Leeson and some of his team went to Clydebank to fit the boilers.
